Cold radiators, hot pipes and a boiler that short cycles usually point at balancing or sludge rather than the boiler itself. Systems get flushed, balanced and set to the right flow temperature so the house heats evenly and the bills settle down.
New controls are set up with you before we leave, including the first week's schedule on your phone if you want it.
