How quickly can you get to a breakdown in Cardiff?
Usually the same day or the next, depending on the diary. Ring rather than email if you have no heating or no hot water, and if we're already on a job we'll tell you honestly when we can be with you.
How much does a boiler repair cost?
It depends entirely on the part. You'll get the cost of the part and the labour before anything is fitted, and if the repair doesn't make financial sense we'll say so.
My boiler keeps losing pressure, is that serious?
It usually means a small leak somewhere on the system or a failed expansion vessel. Both are fixable, but topping it up every week is masking a fault rather than solving it.
