The colder, exposed location means boilers work harder here, so efficiency and proper controls matter. We often fit new boilers with smart controls and TRVs as part of the same job, so the house heats properly and the bills drop.
Breakdowns are treated as urgent in winter. If the boiler has stopped, ring and we'll talk through the fault first, then set off with the right parts whenever possible.
